Our Mission
Obsession Business School is a community entrepreneurship initiative created to help aspiring entrepreneurs build the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to pursue responsible small-business ownership. The program is completely free for participants and is taught directly at Obsession Pizza in Orlando, using a real operating business as part of the learning environment.
Why We Created It
After approximately four decades of entrepreneurial and business-development experience, founder Daniel Castillo created the program to give back by sharing practical knowledge with people who want to change their future through entrepreneurship. Obsession Pizza contributes the training, facilities, operating experience and approximately 120 hours of education at no tuition cost.
Our objective goes beyond completing a course. We want participants to be better prepared to create sustainable businesses, generate employment and contribute to the economic activity of their communities.
Our Community Impact & National Vision
Our mission goes beyond teaching business fundamentals. We aim to help aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly those facing barriers to business ownership, develop practical plans, evaluate affordable business models, and gain the confidence to pursue sustainable economic opportunities.
Beginning with our next Orlando cohort in January 2027, we intend to track meaningful outcomes: enrollment and program completion, business plans developed, businesses launched, access to independent support resources, and employment opportunities created over time.
Orlando is our starting point. Our long-term vision is to build a practical, replicable entrepreneurship education model that can be adapted by local partners and expanded into additional U.S. communities, including through lower-investment formats such as food trucks, kiosks, and small-scale food businesses.
Our goal is to contribute to stronger local economies by helping more people move from business ideas to informed action - one entrepreneur and one community at a time.

- Community outreach and networks: Helping the program reach people who face barriers to business ownership.

For participants who demonstrate readiness, the program is designed to help create a responsible pathway toward entrepreneurship and, where appropriate, connection with independent financial and community partners.
